Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, artificial-intelligence features, customer-service systems, messaging services, and other products and services provided by Parker Beaumont Holdings (“Parker Beaumont,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using a Parker Beaumont service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may use a service only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, unless the service expressly provides otherwise.
2. Parker Beaumont Services
Parker Beaumont develops and operates software, websites, applications, communications systems, artificial-intelligence tools, and related services. Features may differ among products and may be added, changed, suspended, or removed over time. We may establish additional product-specific terms. When product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that service.
3. Accounts
Some services require an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Use reasonable measures to protect your devices and account.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, except where prohibited by law.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using unauthorized information, or interfere with another user’s account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Parker Beaumont services to:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Commit fraud, deception, harassment, abuse, or unlawful discrimination.
- Transmit malware, destructive code, or unauthorized surveillance tools.
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
- Interfere with service performance, availability, or security.
- Send spam, unlawful solicitations, or communications without appropriate consent.
- Upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use.
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, security protections, or usage restrictions.
- Reverse engineer or extract protected components except where expressly permitted by law.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, overload, or misuse a service without written authorization.
- Use a service in a manner likely to harm Parker Beaumont, our providers, users, or the public.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
By initiating a text-message conversation with Parker Beaumont, requesting text communications, or otherwise providing valid consent, you authorize Parker Beaumont to send customer-care and service-related text messages to the mobile number you provided.
Program Description
Messages may include responses to questions you send to Parker Beaumont or Athena, customer-service communications, requested information, service updates, account or transaction notices, and follow-up messages related to an active request or conversation. Messages are not intended to constitute unsolicited bulk marketing.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your requests, account activity, and interactions with our services. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt-Out and Help
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. Unless you later provide renewed consent, no additional messages will be sent through that messaging program.

Supported Delivery and Consent
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and applicable carrier policies.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless clearly disclosed for a specific service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to communications at that number. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.
Privacy
Our handling of mobile information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Athena
Certain services include artificial-intelligence features, including Athena. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or acting upon it.
Athena and other Parker Beaumont AI features are not substitutes for qualified professional advice. Do not rely solely on AI-generated output for medical diagnosis or treatment; legal rights or obligations; financial, investment, tax, or credit decisions; emergency response; safety-critical decisions; employment or eligibility determinations; or any decision requiring a licensed or qualified professional.
Do not use an AI feature for emergencies. Contact emergency services or the appropriate qualified professional when necessary.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights held by others. You grant Parker Beaumont a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, modify, and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain and secure the service, generate requested output, support authorized sharing and integrations, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and authorize this processing.
8. Intellectual Property
Parker Beaumont services, software, branding, designs, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by Parker Beaumont or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not use Parker Beaumont names, logos, trademarks, or branding without written authorization.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services rely on or connect with third-party platforms, telecommunications carriers, cloud providers, payment processors, data sources, or software services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Parker Beaumont does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party services, outages, content, security practices, or actions.
10. Paid Services
When a service requires payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay the disclosed charges, fees, and taxes. Additional subscription, refund, cancellation, or renewal terms may be presented at purchase. Those terms become part of this agreement for the applicable service. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network failures, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of a service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid services.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or dangerous conduct; security or operational risks; nonpayment; a legal or regulatory requirement; or discontinuation of the applicable service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKER BEAUMONT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PARKER BEAUMONT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A SERVICE OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKER BEAUMONT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR USE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parker Beaumont’s total liability arising from or relating to a service will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid Parker Beaumont for the applicable service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred United States dollars.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parker Beaumont and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of a service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person’s rights, or content you submit or direct us to process.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute that is not subject to another binding dispute-resolution agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires another location.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted at this location with an updated effective date. Your continued use of a service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific or purchase terms constitute the agreement between you and Parker Beaumont concerning the relevant service.
